crash course @ interpreting php, or, i'm not doing a goddamn thing!

on my way out the door this AM, to go into the office, when i get a call telling me to "fix the website", meaning, take stuff off but figure out how to do so within the set parameters which i had nothing to do with, and after coming to some sort of conclusion after 30 minutes, all of it a little tenuous—if that's even a word—i proceed to lax(ly) call back to the office and haven't gotten anything other than a busy signal since then. i need an answer or an opinion on which to proceed.

furthermore i am/was to take pics of some sort of bar/pub int/exterior this afternoon but haven't received word to depart yet and darkness is settling in! the night encroaches!!! help!!
