Creating sample library from hardware?

So I've got a roland jv2080 + expansion cards I'd like to turn into a kontakt instrument.

I figured i'd have to cut up all the damn notes then go from there...?

There are some programs that automate everything..sending midi notes to hardware, record that and automatically cut the files and save that to kontakt or something like that.
Have a look at these, but i never tried them so i don't know how good they are.
