Was there a Crescent Shield show recently? Anybody Go? Good, Bad, could not be Ugly with Mel on Bass?

Mel was lovely as ever, the show hella kicked all kindsa arse, my neck was sore the next day (that's why I stood motionless for my performances in the MetalJam), and if you missed it you're hurtin!
Thanx for the info Snausages, I've heard some buzz about them after Mel mentioned them on this forum and hope to hear something by them soon.

Ya I went as well and it was great music. Especially the dual vocals and the stage pressence was great
Actually, I'm hurting more from the Jam and playing Raining Blood (ouch...whiplash). I missed the Crescent Shield show because I was busy catching Primus do their 3 hour show at the Wiltern in Los Angeles. Melzy knows about that, so I think she excused me from attending Saturday.Snausages said:
Okay, as far as those two songs go, Burn With Life is better vocally and both are kick ass musically. Can't wait to hear more from them.

I'll try to swap out the songs online as I can. We only have a finite amount of disk space! hehehheheh... The songs online are just demos done by Mike n Dan; we'll be recording sometime (not sure when) with the full band. We're still working on tunes, and Mike n Dan keep slipping me more tunes!

I wasnt able to catch the show, but Ive been listening to the MP3's, and they are great. I really like "above mere mortals" alot, what a great song! It has such a classic metal sound, I love it. I'll definitely be at the next show ='.'=
