Hi! I've just been to Cuba and now that I'm back in the old world, I'm asking myself if there are any metal people/bands over there. One day I was listening to some Cuban radio station and they played songs from Metallica's "And Justice For All"-album, at 4 p.m.!!! That doesn't even happen here in Germany! Still, that was about it. I didn't see anybody who looked like he/she might be into metal and obviously there are no stores where you can buy some decent records or merchandise...but who knows. Any info from your end?

there´s this band Tendencia that has released an album on the german label system shock it´s called re-evolución

I´ve only heard one song though, death metal with a carribean twist
