Don't know if thats the right term, but my transport window (that one with the play, stop buttons) just disappeared and I can't open it up with f2. Help?

I tried opening new projects but it didn't work.

try switching to larger resolution and see if it got buried somewhere you can't get to in your current resolution. But first, its in one of the first options in the top menus (view, edit, file, window, etc), give that a shot first

When you've found it again maybe you should consider creating a workspace? I think I've had a similar issue and just opening my favourite workspace cleared it.

I had this problem just last night. All I did was set the resolution larger and bam, found it. Cubase does this a lot.

yep happen to me all the time whit the transport, mixer and some plugins.really annoying. to solve it i just move the windows toolbar to one of the sides and they are usually there at the bottom .

It's under your windows start tool bar ;)
unlock your bar, throw it to left or right side, and ta-ta its there.. ;)
