I know many of you will claim I'm an idiot for having this opinion and "the first few albums are so much heavier!!" but whatever. This album is the one they were meant to make. I can't stop listening and it just gets better every time. Vicarious Redemption is an instant classic. It's the first album of theirs that truly feels like a concept, and the production, artwork, and music all fit the theme of Metropolis perfectly.
