Thrash legends Détente are about to reunite for the German Headbangers Open Air festival. I catched a rumour Ann Boleyn will replace the late Dawn Crosby , sound great !!!!

I really don't see how this can be good at all without Dawn Crosby...frankly I don't see the point in this reunion. I'm more interested in the Sentinel Beast reunion.

Yeah, without Dawn I don't see it being that great. Maybe as a one time tribute to her memory though? Other then that is it the original line up?

The rumour has just been confirmed in the latest blog-entry on Détente´s myspace-page, which says:

Ann Boleyn (Hellion) and Juan Garcia (Agent Steel) have joined forces with original DÉTENTE members Dennis Butler, Caleb Quinn, and Steve Hochheiser. In addition to Headbanger's Open Air DÉTENTE will play additional selected dates in the USA.

Even though "Recognize No Authority" is still one of my favourite thrash metal albums of all times, I´m not sure if I´ll be going to this festival just to see Détente live.

i'd like to see a tour with Sentinel Beast, Détente and Holy Moses
