If any fans of Dan Seagrave's cover art (He painted the cover for Hypocrisy's Penetralia) are lurking here, his new poster series has finally arrived in shops in the US. These are some incredible posters in 24x36 size. They are considerably more colorful than his cover art and the subjects are quite a bit less 'death-metal' - sort of Escher meets Bosch. Yes, they are awesome. You really need to see the posters close up. They look fantastic all framed together. You can look at them for hours and the colors are much more brilliant than the sample pics you see online.

As a footnote, some of you guys may want to check out UNMOORED "Kingdom of Greed". They have Dan cover art but they also sound quite a bit similar to Hypocrisy at times. I'd rather have the real thing of course, but they're still a decent Swedish death metal band.

Dan is a GOD. Take for example Dismember's "Like an Everflowing Stream" or Entombed's "Left Hand Path" and "Clandestine"... Fuckin' old school, doomy and purely obscurant...
