For about 2 years I've read the name Dan Swanö this, Dan Swanö that on various metal boards. Ask my boyfriend, who didn't know, who asked other metallers, who didn't know...

Suddenly, he plays one of his metal/rock opera project cds....

I SO need to hear more of this voice. Can someone please suggest a cd on which Dan is the only singer....bare in mind I like to keep it melodic. It can be heavy as anything but vocals have to be melodic.

I'd recommend the bands NIGHTINGALE and UNICORN first. From Nightingale maybe the CD "The closing chronicles" and from Unicorn "Emotional Wasteland".

Hmm tough call...I prefer melodic hard rock to AOR which all tend to sound like ballads (Edguy1's about to kill me hahah)

I like my music to have "balls"-it's hard to describe...ok, let me put it this way I love Skid Row, Whitesnake, Malmsteen, Edguy, Sonata Arctica, Angel Dust, Pink Cream 69..does that help?

From what I understand people who live in trailer parks (called cavaran parks in England and Australia) are regarded as an inferior citizen of US of A (the land of truth, justice and equality) because they're either working class or unemployed, can't afford to rent an apartment so they live permanently in caravan parks. There's always a stereo type for any group and the one they call "trailer trash" is of teenage single mothers and ex prisoners who live in these places....but that's all I can tell you from the stereo types portrayed in movies, etc. Maybe you should ask the expert. mattcira seems to be
