Dan Swano's voice and David Coverdale's

Ive been listening to a Whitesnake's Best Of and surprised me that on the ballads David Coverdale's lower voice sounds extremely close to Swano's (or the other way arround) ... do you think its just some sort of coincidence or does Swano enjoy Whitesnake as well as an influence ... or not ...

... is this looooovee, that i'm feeling, is this the loooovvveee that ive been searching fooooorrrrr ... it may be cheesy, but its great !

Yeah his voice is somewhat reminiscent of Coverdale's and I agree, that is a compliment. I love David Coverdale's voice.The Deep Puple albums he is on are phenomenal.

I don't hear it, to my ears Swanö has always been one of the more unique vocalists that I've heard. But I would still see it as a compliment to those who do think they sound alike.

However, Alive Again and Creed? Most certainly not. That friend should be flogged, drawn, and quartered!
