Danzig CD-R review

hey man, great review

I agree with those thoughts on it

Danzig definitely shows he's got some life still in him
but the songs themselves just don't have that hook of the old ones

speaking of..

anyone else heard John Christ's solo album??
very rockin stuff, and with a bit of variety in styles.. a few riffs very danzig-esque, but its got a classic metal feel to it, even reminiscent of Judas Priest at times

I just got that Christ solo album this week! I listened to it once, some songs were too cheesy, but had some good hooks. I'll come back to it I know, I just happened upon a cheap copy after years of wondering about it.

I really really like the solo stuff Eerie Von has done, the two I know of have a great b-movie horror vibe.

I haven't heard any of the Christ or Eerie Von stuff. I should check some of that out.
