Dark fantasy, erotic literature... anyone?

I just finished reading the first couple of books from Laurell Hamilton's "Anita Blake: Vampire Hunter" series, nothing impressive, but quite entertaining.

I was looking for similar authors on amazon and got a few erotic and dark fantasy recommendations... don't remember the titles, I think there was a book called The Marketplace, and many so-called "sexy" vampire books... anyway, just wanted to hear some opinions and recommendations about dark fantasy, horror and erotic books...

Me neither, that's the reason for asking, I'm curious. Was The Redeemer any good? What was it about?

The Redeemer was about a woman who was trpped in an interstellat limbo, awakening in anther world on a nightly basis. She had a slight memory of a past, but nothing concrete. It was a dark, sci-fi and very erotic since each world would come with a different form of sexual encounter (most of them not having to do with actual sex)

Interesting book though, if you can find it
