They have better songs no doubt, but the fact that they decided to reunite and keep going sounds like good enough news! 
That, and they still seem to sound exactly like themselves, despite major lineup changes.. not an easy feat for any band. DF has never sounded very different from their first album anyway
(except maybe for their last one); that's part of their charm, I guess.
