Well, I'm not a goddamn guitarist, but I'd say they are good. The thing is, I'm much more amazed by their incredible song-writing skills than their abilities at playing their instruments. I know there are better guitarists, but I doubt that there were any better song-writers.

Depends on the album... Great on Skydancer and Projector, average to good on The Gallery and The Mind's Eye (though I don't like that album) and poor to average on Haven. This is when taking account the "feeling" and "emotion" of the playing.

I think im in aggreance with Villain, Ive never really picked apart DT's playing skills, but the overall sound the make is unparalled in most cases I feel.

As for the guitars, I think their I said good. I dont think their too flashy and I think they create just the feeling needed.

I agree with everything Villain posted except for the better song-writter parts.... i have some very very very few bands in mind,especially when i have the Haven album on my mind....
