Darkest Hour - The Human Romance

This albums been out for a couple of months and every time i hear a song from it i am blown away. It's wayyyyyyyy better then there last album (when i kinda gave up on them) the production is great and sort of original in a way. The vocals are super gritty i could see a lot of people not liking that but at least they are letting it be what it is and not trying to make it different because the vocal performance is super intense. I check out wikipedia for as many deets and i could but i didn't really recognize any names on the production credits. Whats everybody think of this album? got any details on it ?

Was a massive fan of Deliver Us and like you I gave up on them after The Eternal Return. This album seems better, but because of the previous album I haven't really given it a good spin. Will have another go on your recommendation. Have to say i'm a fan of that film clip too. Very cool.

What they did with Devin on Deliver Us was great if any of u haven't heard it check it out.

They aren't like one of my all time fav bands but when im in the mood for something heavy thats a bit different they are perfect and hell yeah deliver us is wicked Undoing Ruin is great as well!

lets try and keep the thread about The Human Romance tho friggin loving it!

If the whole album is like this song I'm really disappointed... The Eternal Return was great, sounded like a return to form after how bad Undoing Ruin and Deliver Us sucked...

So Sedated, So Secure is probably my favorite record of theirs, then Mark of the Judas followed by Hidden Hands... Before they became this really polished modern metal core band. I liked them a lot more enjoyable when it sounded like guys who were into punk/hardcore but also loved At The Gates.

that video (Love As A Weapon) I'm not feeling the song.. Production is great though.
Feels like they've bolted ideas together and not refined it into a singular song. Could just be me though.
