todays layne staley news got me thinking of all the dead rockstars
i've seen in my 33 yrs. i know this is a bit morbid, but i know there
are a lot of extremists out there. so i was wondering, ( IN YOUR
LIFETIME, NOT jim morrison...though i wish) how many dead stars
have you seen perform? here's my list:
layne staley, kurt cobain, joey ramone, shannon hoon, michael
hutchence, cliff burton, ERIC CARR, randy castillo, gar samuellson, hillel slovak, steve"steamin" clark, bobby sheehan(blues traveler)
and allen woody(allmans, mule). that's 13 people?!?!
a few i wish: lynn strait, bradley nowell, jeff buckley.
does anyone else come close? i'm NOT necessarily proud of this.
just fortunate, i suppose. or do i need to stop attending so many
shows?!?!
