After talking to DA over this weekend, they now have about 11 completed songs for their next release, and plan on writing about 9 more songs, and then taking the best of the 20 completed songs, to record. This will ensure that the whole album rocks, from start to finish!.....and the left over material, (depending on how strong each song is), could show up on b-sides, or extra bonus releases(Japan, or import tracks)...........The band has just music on their minds at the moment, and have put their real life jobs and other obligations on hold til this writing process is completed........So they have an all Death Angel mind set!.........And thats as strong as it can get, they are dedicated to making their new album the best it can be!........I think a Bay Area classic is in the womb!.......ready for birth later this year!........Coupled with the new Exodus album, and a future Testament release, along with The New Machine Head(Vio-guitar team reunited), and throw a new Sadus in the mix also, the Bay Area is again the center of attention and anticipation!..............

Can't wait for these new records and yes, the Bay Area once again will dominate the Thrash world. Thanks for the update !

Can't wait to hear new Death Angel. It's been a long time since they have done something new and about time. They seemed to have gotten great response when they did their mini tours. Too bad Testament, Exodus and Death Angel don't get together for a "Bay Area Thrashers" Tour. They all could promote all their new stuff at the same time. How's that sounds DE??
