DEATHHAMMER / KÖRGULL THE EXTERMINATOR - When The Hammer Strikes......The Exterminator Arrives!!! 7"EP 6
Norway's filthiest hellbangers DEATHHAMMER and Spain's thrashing warmongers KÖRGULL THE EXTERMINATOR join forces on this reeking slab of vinyl blasphemy. Two necksnapping thrash assaults from each band - 13 minutes of total desss!!! Deathhammer has gained a reputation for being the filthiest, most necro thrash metal band ever to rise out of Norway. Their second full-length will soon be out on Hells Headbangers, meanwhile these two tracks (originally recorded in 2006, but previously only available on a couple of highly obscure, extremely limited compilation tapes) should whet the appetite of any lover of filthy, nasty and horrible thrash metal. Deathhammer are also appearing on Nekrothrash, an upcoming split ep with Black Magic, Carniwhöre and Nekromantheon. Hailing from Barcelona / Girona, Spain and taking their name from the infamous Voivod song, Körgull The Exterminator have through one split release, two full-length albums and countless live performances left their stinky mark on the black / thrash metal map. We have no doubt that the two new and exclusive tracks on this ep will only further their rep as one of the loudest, foulest and vilest acts around.

NEKROMANTHEON - We're Rotting LP 13
We're Rotting was originally the 2007 demo of Norwegian thrashers NEKROMANTHEON, and it was first released as a limited CD through Støy Music. It features original vocalist Biffen (of metalpunks RABALDER), adding a menacing flavour to the already potent mix of classic savage thrash-riffery of Arild "Arse" Torp (also of OBLITERATION) and the relentless hammering of drummer Kick who has since also joined the ranks of cult thrash act AUDIOPAIN. Sindre "Stressminister" Solem (also of OBLITERATION) rounds out the line-up on bass. This LP version also includes NEKROMANTHEON's side of the long sold out Speed'n Spikes split ep (with ABIGAIL) as well as another unreleased track and an outro as bonus. That this was originally the first (and only) NEKROMANTHEON demo bears witness to the sheer talent of these guys - as fans of the debut album Divinity Of Death (High Roller / Duplicate 2010) will quickly realize, the quality, production and execution of We're Rotting easily surpasses that of most demos, heck, even most albums released these days.The fact that all but one of these tracks are exclusive to this release speaks volumes of the productivity of the band and their confidence in their material. While most bands recycle their demography for their first album, We're Rotting stands head and shoulders alongside Divinity Of Death, and is a classic thrash release in its own right. We're Rotting is quite simply a must for anyone into deadly oldschool thrash. Wimps & posers leave the hall!
