anyone know the lyrics to deaths design? i think this was on the katatonia one, but now its here.

to new releases intentionally because of the increasing
piracy. a kind of incentive for people to buy the

I'm also interested in finding the lyrics to Deaths Design, what little I can understand seems quite involved. BTW _Transparent_ thanks for reminding me about DD, I forgot I even had that album, but I digged it up again and I'm playing it now. Great stuff, especially the 2:nd Movement.

cough cough, i have got the fucking cd, all you get on the inside is a poster, with deaths design the soundtrack on one side and a Diabolical Masquerade one on the other. anyway, i continue with my main question.

sorry, i did i just felt the need to write it anyway. and then go on to tell you what is in the inside of it. and by the way don't you hate it when a band doesn't have a proper booklet, like 1 page sometimes or no lyrics, ok we pay for the music, but i just feel a bit conned in a way considering the £15 you spent.

Hey, i dont know if anyones tried that much before, but i'm trying to transcribe Death's Design at the moment, i'm up to track 14, and its all pretty accurate (or so i think) though the murmurs/voiceover and background voices are near impossible, except for a few distinguishable words. Let me know if anyone else has tried to transcribe it, it'd help to compare things. I'll post the finished results, if anyones interested?

That's awesome man, thanks! This is one of my favorites. It probably comes down to costs, but leaving lyrics out is disappointing - half of the song is the story that's being told. I'll make a tiny contribution:

Sky was it green? As green as iron nails (?)

I think it's "grey" instead of "green" in both places.


Now we just need lyrics to Hellfuck. I gotta know if he's saying "I shit upon the decapitated burning head" hehe.

Hellfuck lyrics won't be easy, some of the stuff is decipherable, but a lot of it isn't. I asked Dan for the lyrics before but he does not have them, so the next step would be to get a hold of Andreas Axelsson and see if he'll give them out.

The Killing Christ lyrics are in the original booklet of the first pressing for all songs except Burn Me (Without the Grace of God).

You're welcome, and check out the names of the people involved with Killing Christ. I have never asked Dan, but I should about those people. I think they are fake names since I haven't heard of them before that Dan and Andreas made up.
