According to Sheffield Telegraph, DEF LEPPARD frontman Joe Elliott and bassist Rick Savage will perform at at a tribute concert in memory of Shirley Kilner's late husband, former radio presenter Dave Kilner, on Friday, April 30 at Sheffield City Hall in Sheffield, England.
