Sounds really good. Never played one but it seem the high gain sounds are a lot more "usable" for the lack of other words, than the tech21 Bass Driver.

Yes. The B7K has gain at the right frequencies. I love how it fits in the mix

Our bassist has the B3K and it's pretty sweet. He used to use the Sansamp Tech 21 but it seems the Darkglass has much more gain.

My brother uses the Mxr Bass di+ for clean and a Darkglass b3k for distortion, this combination is just killer!
