demoing waves plugs?

hey hey

I have an iLok for pod farm, and I guess you can demo waves plugs with it? I'd really like to try out the CLA plugins that everyone seems to be talking about.

Their site says "You can run each V7 demo for up to 30 days and/or 30 instantiations per plug-in, whichever comes first."

Does an instantiation mean like every time the project is opened, every time the plugin is moved, etc etc?
