DETHKLOK, the stars of the Adult Swim series "Metalocalypse", will perform at this year's Adult Swim Festival, set to take place November 15-16 at the Banc of California Stadium in Los Angeles. The show will mark DETHKLOK's first live appearance since taking part in the 2014 edition of Festival Supreme in L.A. Also scheduled to take part in the event are electronic producer Jamie XX, rappers Vince Staples and Young Thug and Captain Murphy — the rapping alter ego of Steven Ellison, better known as beatsmith Flying Lotus. Adult Swim Festival promises an eclectic mix of musicians, comedians, exclusive screenings, and exhibitions highlighting Adult Swim's programming. Tickets for the festival will go on sale to the public today at 12 p.m. PST. Tickets begin at $49 plus fees for single-day tickets and $95 plus fees for two-day passes. DETHKLOK features Brendon Small, Mike Keneally, Bryan Beller and Gene Hoglan as its real-life members in the studio and on the live stage. The band's latest album, "Metalocalypse: Dethklok Dethalbum III", was released in October 2012 via Williams Street Records. The disc sold around 20,000 copes in the United States to land at position No. 10 on The Billboard 200 chart. DETHKLOK's previous CD, "Dethalbum II", opened with 45,000 units back in October 2009 to enter the chart at No. 15. "Dethalbum III" was once again co-produced by "Metalocalypse" co-creator Brendon Small and DETHKLOK producer Ulrich Wild ("Dethalbum" and "Dethalbum II"). The cover art was also illustrated by "Dethalbum" and "Dethalbum II" cover artist Antonio Canobbio. "Dethalbum III" was not only released in its original CD and digital format, but also as a deluxe-edition CD/DVD and a clean version of the CD. The deluxe-edition CD/DVD included a 32-minute behind-the-scenes documentary of the making of "Dethalbum III", as well as music videos and much more.
