DFHS / Slate Mix and a JVM410H clip

I've been working on getting a nice drumsound for a pop-punk band I'll be recording soon. This is my latest attempt. I'm thinking that maybe the kick has to much sub in it. What do you think?

I've also recorded some guitars with my JVM410H to get a nice tone. This is just a very short clip. (No bass yet on this though)

I think the snare you used from the other thread was better for this

(assuming I'm not retarded, and it actually is a different snare LOL)

I think for this style of music, the kick might have a touch too much OOMPH in it...just my thoughts.
And really I mean just the SLIGHTEST too much OOMPH.
