Diabolical Masquerade in a crappy scifi flick?

So i was watching the scifi movie just now, and a movie "Pythons 2" just came on, and i am 100% sure that the music during the opening sequence is the same as one of the orchestral part of one of the movements from Diabolical Masquerades "Death's Design".
Did DM take the music from somewhere else? Anyone know anything about this? Anders?

well i know Death's Design was originally intended to be a movie, and the record is actually a soundtrack for it..but the movie was never released, nor completed, to my knowledge..but sounds interesting haha.

it was weird though... because it was just the orchestral section. But there is no doubt in my mind that it is the same music as is in Death's Design

Anders has said before that he threw in a bunch of melodies from horror movie soundtracks for fun, on Nightwork and maybe Death's Design too.

Don't know the movie, but if I remember correctly, Dan once told me they used Orchstra Samples for death's Design, and I think he meant, the used whole patters. That means, if somebody else has bought theses Orchestra patterns, he can use them aswell.

They also ripped off the Conan the Barbarian theme and put some guitar in it. Ive heard the Diabolical Masqueraded music your talking about on Fear Factor the tv show also.
