Did Michael Romeo produce Core Device's second album?

I've been listening to the second Core Device album titled Our Fellowship Eternal released in 2004 and while reading the credits I saw the band thanking to someone named Mike Romeo for helping them out with the production.

Does anyone know if this is just a similarity in name or our man in Symphony X?

The website of the band is www.coredevice.com if you want to take a look.

He did help Dillinger Escape Plan with some of their recording (I remember reading that they did their guitar overdubs in Romeo's "Dungeon" studio)... so it wouldn't surprise me all that much.

The one and the same MJR. He produced for them before and they have played shows together. Core Device was a support act at the show in Montreal during the V tour.

And you thought all he did in the dungeon was work for SymX. ;)
