Got copy of "Evolution of the Fist" yesterday. Pretty damn sweet. Although some of the lyrics are a little too sing-songy for what I like to hear behind the that music. Still good work. I really like that tempo on "In Effect". I'll have to listen to it for more than one day to give a better opinion, but I do like it.
Thanks - it's so cool to hear people's opinions. Keep 'em coming! For anyone else interested in this album, go to the myspace page to listen or take a look at the WHAT DOES THE MUSIC PRESS THINK? thread on this forum for reviews.
I've had the album for a while now... It's been on non-stop in my car since the middle of September!
I was lucky enough to go to their album launch party and was very impressed with their live set, they are amazing!
It would be good to see them in the US sometime soon!
If you're interested in their early stuff check out www.notsounknown.co.uk, they have some free tracks to download as well as a free video so you can see the guys in action!
Hey "died", could you do me a favor, my brothers? You know, since I bought the CD and all. Download the three songs on Full Circle's website, give 'em a listen and post your review the :"Full Circle (Houston)" thread. I would appreciate it. I'll be letting all my buds check out "Evolution of the Fist", too.
Not So Unknown is now also selling the new album Evolution Of The Fist. This is the only place to buy a download version. You can get individual tracks, or the whole album, + artwork. Go straight to Not So Unknown
