Digi 002 useable for Cubase, Nuendo, Sonar etc.. ?

I read on the Digidesing website that you can use the 002 (with the optional ASIO drivers) as a soundcard/interface for other DAWs that utilize ASIO drivers.

Has anyone else done this? I've tried and cubase doesnt recognize the Digidesign ASIO drivers...

Not that I'm not happy with protools... I just cant use programs like Reason, Triton Legacy or anything else for that matter... (my onboard sound card drivers are shot and I'm afraid to connect my compy to the net)...

Anyone help?

I don't have a 002 but I've read on this board that ppl use it as their soundcard in other DAWs than ProTools!

I use a Digi 002 board with both PT & Nuendo and it works good. In Nuendo just the in's & out's work, the faders do not.

I've used Digi001 and M-box with Cubase whithout any problems

did anyone have any problems getting it to work?

my Cubase SX3 doesnt recognize the ASIO files and thus does not allow any operation...

I had intense lag and artifacts trying to track with it in Nuendo and thus switched back to PT. Otherwise I'd be Nuendo all the way.

A friend of mine uses his 002 with Sonar 6 without a problem...
