Yea man. My buddy just called me today and told me. I thought he was BS'in me then I saw it on the net. Damn shame bro. I heard Vinnie might have been killed to not sure tho. RIP Diamond.

I guess the shooter musta shot a security gaurd dead. Very unfortunate event. Diamond was one of my influences. Death just shows up when it wants to, times like these realize dont take your freinds and family for granted. RIp
The metal world is truly suffering and asking one question: "Why?"
But instead of dwelling on his death, we should be grateful that we were blessed with such timeless, innovative metal by Dimebag.
At least he is getting the last laugh. All the news reporters have to say "Dimebag" on the television and the radio. I think he would've gotten a kick out of that.

I still cannot believe that this happened... I just don't fucking get it.
This kind of thing does not happen to people like this, and I think the main reason why Im in a bit of denial is because I just saw Dime play not more than a month ago. His presence was awesome, his playing was mindblowing (as usual) and he was seriously having a great time. For me, it's hard to fathom that such a lively, life lving person is gone....it's just weird. Dime had alot of presence, and now it's done.
This whole situation is incredibly sad & bizzare, and I still kinda don't believe that it took place.
