dirty power signal from outlet

after plugging in my axe-fx from various power outlets at home, i discovered that each outlet added a noise to the signal, each socket with different noise levels from -60db to -80db. so im just curious is there some kind of powerbar that helps clean up the 'dirt' in the power outlet?

look up 'power conditioner'. Furman, Samson, Monster, Alesis all make some.
