DISTURBED frontman David Draiman joined BREAKING BENJAMIN on stage earlier tonight (Thursday, February 4) at Irving Plaza in New York City to perform the QUEEN + DAVID BOWIE classic "Under Pressure". Video footage of his appearance can be seen below (courtesy of Loudwire). The New York City show was one stop on BREAKING BENJAMIN's current acoustic tour. BREAKING BENJAMIN's latest album, "Dark Before Dawn", sold 141,000 copies in its first week of release to enter The Billboard 200 chart at position No. 1. The sales number was the best single-week sales mark of the band's career, with 135,000 of those made for physical CDs. BREAKING BENJAMIN's previous album, 2009's "Dear Agony", entered at No. 4 with first-week sales of 134,000 copies. The outfit's previous chart peak was No. 2 for 2006's "Phobia", although that disc sold less with 125,000 copies moved in the first seven days. "Dark Before Dawn" features original frontman Ben Burnley leading an all-new lineup of the group, which has been expanded from a quartet to a five-piece. Burnley fired two earlier members in 2010 over a legal battle, while a third member departed in 2013. DISTURBED will kick off a North American tour — its first in more than four years — on February 10 in Fargo, North Dakota. DISTURBED's sixth studio album, "Immortalized", was released in August. The CD debuted at the top of The Billboard 200 chart, making it DISTURBED's fifth effort in a row to enter the chart at No. 1, a feat shared only with METALLICA and DAVE MATTHEWS BAND.
