do i have a dislocated femur??

ok, so, as you can see, there is a protrusion about where the top of my left femur is. and it hurts, especially in the back. it doesn't hurt TERRIBLY in that i can't walk, cuz i can, but its worrying me....opinions??

I think if this were an actual dislocation you'd probably not be able to tolerate walking. Could be a mild subluxation of the hip. Did you ever have displasia as an infant requiring a flexion-abduction brace? Either way, it looks pretty F'n painful and I'd get it checked out pretty soon. Combined from an earlier post of "Green D", I'd say it's a pretty bad holiday season...remain horizontal.
