I have a poop schedule. I usually shit around 10:30 every night.

Around 7:30 AM, about an hour after I arrive at work. Luckily, not many people are there at 7:30 and I can usually poop in peace.

During the week it is normally right after work. Around 4:30-5 pm.
Weekends it is shortly after I wake up, about an hour or so after.

Lunch time, usually 11:30-ish. I use it as my excuse to go home every day for lunch since it's close and I prefer my own private throne.

I do, as it happens. Unless I'm working the night shift, I'm guaranteed to have a poop telling me it needs to be evacuated ten minutes after breakfast. You can set your watch to it.

When I was working lunch shift at the old restaurant on Queen Anne I would get there at 10 am to open and immediately go to the bar and make a triple latte (or as it was affectionately referred to as triple colon blow) and by 10:20 am like clockwork everything was evacuated. I like knowing when it's coming so a good strong coffee in the morning is still something I love.

I had a friend who did the latte poop method. I swear it was a fucking fetish for him, if we went out and stayed anywhere, the night before he would figure out and plan where he was getting a latte so he could shit on schedule.
