Does anyone have a Boss ME-6?

I am looking to buy a back-up processor for home while I use my GT-6 at practice as opposed to lugging it everywhere, and it is only about 50 bucks used. Is it a decent processor for 50 bucks used?? Does anyone still have one of these??
