Does this sound out of tune?

Had a fn glitch of some sort and recorded bass and guitars at a faster than intended rate. Now with glitch sorted everything sounds as if it were dropped a half step. The debate is detuned (out of tune) or detuned but in tune. The band needs a tie breaker, please help em!
