Man that's frigging eerie. I just busted out a bootleg I bought on Ebay about five years ago with all of those MTV promo videos and watched it Wednesday night. That's a little coincidental.
I love prime Dokken, especially "Back For The Attack", and "Dysfunctional" is pretty good too, but they've been going downhill ever since. Especially with George Lynch and Jeff Pilson gone as well, there's no real talent left as Don's voice is cashed-out to all hell.

I burned this very VHS on DVD a while back and I like the fact they have added new bonus stuff to it. That said, I'll have to buy it just for the additional material...
