The owner of that domain has about 3000+ domains under his wing. Forget it, he's just one of the people that latched onto web parisitism as a valid money-making scheme.

Unless you can prove you registered the abbreviation TNBD before he registered the domain and you're willing to go to court, you're fucked AFAIK :/
