If it's cutting and ingesting blood, you must be aware of eachothers' sexual history and go to a doctor/clinic for testing to make sure neither of you are infected with anything. Other than that, slicing, dicing, and drinking your partner's lifeblood while making love is perfectly normal, safe and enjoyable!
