NOLA is a classic. A Bustle In Your Hedgerow was descent. This one will land somewhere in between. I will probably buy it.

I agree. I bought Downs first tape when it came out, and I think I still have it. It looks brand new, which shows how much I played it. But then again, I was a little wanker in high school back then. But then again part Deux, I havent been much of a Phil fan since Far Beyond Driven.
