DOWN- Over The Under

Not really a fan of Down, but they do have some enjoyable songs; I haven't bothered to check out the new album though.

Tracks like "On March the Saints" which is about New Orleans Saints(football team for those of you who don't know:zombie:)who were pushed out of New Orleans after hurricane Katrina and had to play rest of season in Texas.
Also the last song on this album owns but Anselmo's voice is really monotonous and annoying for the most part. I love NOLA and Down II but...
5/10 is all it gets from me.

To be honest, I think its completely boring. The music is sometimes good, and does completely rock at times...but I think we have all heard it on previous Down releases. Phil's vocals are the worst part about the album, completely repetitive and bland...he is not the singer he used to be. I am actually selling my copy back to the store. Buy Down II if your going to buy any Down release. 2/10

I would say NOLA is their masterpiece but yes I agree w/ everything else. Phil's vocals are REALLY bad, I can't put a finger on it but maybe all the heroin, pills, booze etc got to him?? I dunno.
