Drama strikes 4th tier Hair Band...

umm david reece is not only an excellent singer but is a legend. sang for accept and was the other candidate for the judas priest job other than ripper

I think it was D.C. Cooper that was in the running....

well then it was 3 guys because if you look on heavy harmonies i think under the banglore choir album somebody says "so what happened to this guy after they broke up?" and someone says "well he was in a band called sircle of silence and almost was the singer for judas priest." or something like that. its either under bangalore choir or the accept album he sang on. either way excellent singer and reminded me of halford mixed with coverdale

Reece is a very good singer. He wasn't in the right band when he was in Accept. But this new Gypsy Rose album is some damn fine hard rocking stuff.

I liked the Accpet album with Reece. Like most of you I don't think it should have been tagged as an Accept record. Banglore Choir was horrible though and had no redeeming qualities, shame because given the talent of people that were on that it should have smoked. The best thing about that album was the album cover...I'm not familir with Gypsy Rose at least not the one that featured Reece. I did like the Gypsy Rose from Canada that was signed to Simmons Records in the late 80's....

you can go to the gypsy rose myspace and listen to some stuff and it sounds great but i can't find the album for sale on any website. trying to get the bands sircle of silence and stream which both feature reece on vocals

I interviewed UDO this morning and I aksed him about Eat The Heat and Reece... Will post the link later on....

since udo and reece are friends i doubt he bashed reece, might have bashed the album though.

also i really like about half of the bangalore choir album but then the other half is bad. i could listen to "angel in black" and the ballads 40 times in a row. reece's vocals are what saves the album though. it almost seems like a david reece solo album. it has a bunch of hired guns in the band and some songs written by outside writers
