Swedish metallers DREAM EVIL have canceled their appearance at the ProgPower USA XII festival which is set to take place September 14-17, 2011 at Center Stage in Atlanta, Georgia and have been replaced by reactivated San Francisco Bay Area thrashers FORBIDDEN.
