Dream Master - Spread Your Wings - Heavy power metal

This band is from Spain. I don't really know of them at all to be honest. Musically they remind me of Mystic Prophecy. Unfortunately there are problems with the vocals that you have to overcome before you can start to enjoy the heavy riffs. Their command of the English language is flawed to say the least. One of the lyrics in the song is "you are so coward". The singer's voice is sort of OK and he's not terrible but he struggles with vocabs, accent and the high vibrato parts. They are an ok band for power metal junkies to listen to for a while but they have a long way to go to get international recognition. Nice riffs though!

Musically I like it, vocally not so much. With a stronger singer this would be really good.

yeah the singer lets the side down but he's just about bearable if you grit your teeth.

I love the vocals! Since I know English is not their native tongue, I can forgive the faux-paus if you will. And really, I don't give a fuck to begin with. I'm sure I'd get more than a few chuckles if I tried singing in a foreign language. DREAM MASTER sounds pretty cool to me. A very probable pick up for me.
