Just started getting into the genre and I'm looking for some recommendations.

Artists I already listen to:
Rascal & Klone
Deiselboy
Technical Itch
Lord Mael
Andy C (probably my favorite)
Grooverider

What are the best drum and bass albums/compilations out there?

Filling a box with tampons to piss off a mate (There's a joke that he's always on his period. Plus he wears his hair all straightened and shit like a girl. And gets pissy real easy) but figured I should probably give him a real present.

Venetian Snares....sick shit. Check out the "rossz csillag alatt szueletett" album.
Black Sun Empire

Oh man, I forgot all about Venetian Snares. I wouldn't say all their material is dnb but what is, is great stuff.

I've heard of Black Sun Empire but not sure if I've heard anything. My guitarist for my band is always blasting dnb and half the time I don't know what he's playing.

I'd say they're mainly breakcore, awesome band nonetheless...
