Dusk Cult are a new two-piece black metal band, featuring members from long-standing bands Rainshadow and Be'lakor. Formed in the throes of a global pandemic and fueled by red wine, the group has brought together old friends, seeking to create something new, darker and more extreme than their other music endeavours.

Embrace The Lunar Age is the forthcoming debut album from Dusk Cult, which releases on September 18th 2021. The full-length CD, consisting of nine songs, predominantly showcases a second-wave black metal sound. There are aspects of traditional doom metal and folk elements throughout the disc, which also includes a dark acoustic instrumental interlude.

All Stars Are Tears, the first single from the LP, has already seen a positive reaction online & received airplay through local radio. Watch the promotional video for All Stars Are Tears at:

The album was produced by Troy McCosker, who has previously worked with notable bands in the Australian metal scene such as Ne Obliviscaris, Be'lakor, Hadal Maw and Hybrid Nightmares. Drums were recorded at Bushido Studios, operated by Dan Presland (Ne Obliviscaris), and other elements of the recording took place at Pony Music & Troy's home studio.
