Finally gave in and bought my ticket for Manchester, 40% booking fee included uke:Still, it's the last time I'll see them, so why not splash out on some ticketmaster exec's pay cheque.

Now after all this, it better be a bloody good gig.

The face value of the ticket was £25. The price I paid including booking fee and postage was £34.20. This includes a high postal charge as it is a standing ticket and must be sent registered post.

And, well, I've just done a proper calculation, and it's actuall 36%, but it's still ridiculous. I'd have got them from the box office in person, but I'm not in Manc til the end of August, and Aloud.com changed their status to "going fast" this afternoon.
