EBMM Petrucci

I see a shit ton of bands using these guitars nowadays. They seem to be the big 7 string on the market. Whats everyones thoughts on it vs something like a Hellraiser or Universe?

It comes down to personal preference. I have both an EBMM and an Ibanez Universe. I prefer the universe.

I like the EBMM Petruccis and the UNIVERSES..the HELLRASIER NECK is a Tree-trunk! F that!

I think they're the best production 7 string for my taste. Built really well, super comfy neck, awesome floating trem that's not a floyd etc. etc. It all comes down to preference but I haven't found anything else I liked better.

I really want one. The pickup switch is in a great position, the option for piezo saddles, excellent pickups as stock and various tonewood selection. Most other production model guitars don't nearly match those options.
