@Ensi: If he posts at 12:34:00 then at 12:34:30 he can post again. If said post are "" or "FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUU" (which some have to be for so many posts in so little time) then it's not such a big achievement posting twice in a minute.
