Last time I looked they were selling it on Amazon.co.uk. They did say it could take 4 - 6 weeks and its then probably not likely they will get it.

Well, it sold for $46.00. Not a bad price actually. I've seen it sell for much more than that in the past.

I found a place on GEMM that has it for $32.00 (4-6 weeks delivery, though). The max I'd ever pay for any CD is $20. I'll just wait for a re-release.

Amazon.co.uk has problems with this CD. I have it orderd for more than a year now, and it's still 4-6 weeks to deliver. If you don't have it remove it then! Next is that it has the same ASIN as "Crash Museum" on US and German sites, so when you "order it used" you're most likely end up with Crash Museum. And it has Crash Museum's cover image.
Some Chilean retailer sells it for $30 through GEMM, claims to have it in stock within a week.

AND Jason sells CD-Rs for $13, with B&W photocopied inlay.
