Yet another modern throwback album from these young Swedes. Very good stuff though with energetic and bouncy Maiden/Priest worship. The singer is the weak link in the band though. He sounds like an acne ridden teenager to me. The song I am posting therefore and the best song on the album IMO is the instrumental song Crystal Suite. Awesome Maiden breaks in there and Steve Harris called and wants his bubbly bass riffs back lol!

This album is killer, nothing but energy, RIFFS, and monster harmony lines and I think the vocals are great, very classic, reminds of many NWOBHM singers where they weren't the greatest technically but made up for it with all the enthusiasm. I suggest listening to the first two tracks off the album, and if you dig, then listen further...

 

[Diabolik]

been waiting a while on this one. I saw them play in Chicago and they were incredible. Full of energy. This is one of my top releases that I am looking forward to getting this year.
